Real-design is located in Daliang, Shunde, which also means that since Shunde implemented the double listing plan, Daliang has taken the lead.

Real-design Intelligence specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of intelligent controllers. The total number of shares issued in this public offering is 25.49 million, with stock code 301135 and a subscription price of 31.98 yuan per share. The issuance price to earnings ratio is 49.77 times, and the raised funds are 815 million yuan. The funds will mainly be used for the Real-design Intelligence headquarters base technology renovation project, R&D center upgrade construction project, supplementary working capital project, and Anhui Real-design Intelligence production base construction project. The over raised capital is 323 million yuan, which is intended to be used for the capital increase and production expansion project of Shunde. After the project is put into operation, the quality and progressiveness technology of existing products will be further improved.
According to the announcement, the operating revenue of Real-design Intelligence during the reporting period was RMB 831.4053 million, RMB 942.8339 million, and RMB 1090.2041 million respectively, showing an upward trend year by year. Rooted in the two core economic circles of the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta, Real-design Intelligence has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with well-known manufacturers such as Supor, Midea, Chunmi, Airmate, Domlin, and Bear.
